Event Information

Date:  Saturday, September 10, 2011 – rain or shine

Place:  Nelles Boulevard and Central School in Grimsby, Ontario

Time:  Open to the public from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Exhibitors’ registration hours from 6:00 am to 8:30 am

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors must:

    • be the designer, creator and producer of the art or craft

    • be personally present at the Festival

    • display and sell his or her own works

    • remain for the full duration of the Festival

Conditions and Regulations

      • All applications will be juried

      • Only 1 artist per space

      • Space sizes vary between 12 ft wide and 10 ft deep with sidewalks being part of the space.

      • A few double sided spaces are available in the middle of Nelles Blvd.  These spaces are 14 feet wide and 7 feet deep.

      • All outdoor spaces are $90.00 and indoor spaces are $115.00 (A late fee of $10.00 applies for all registration forms received after May 1, 2011).

      • Electrical outlets for some indoor spaces are available at no extra charge upon request.

      • Exhibitors must provide their own stands, tables, electrical cords etc. plus any weather protection equipment ie tents.

      • All food vendors must comply with Public Health requirements (click here for Public Health application form)

Additional Information

    • Booth space will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

    • Once your application has been juried and approved, you will receive a response by mail or email confirming your approval, space allotment and instructions for the day of the show.

    • The landscape of Nelles Blvd changes each year (new trees are planted as well as other landscaping).  Space numbers may not be in the same place or have the same ground surface as in previous years.

    • There are no exhibitor spaces in the parking lot in front of the Seniors Building.  As well, there are outdoor spaces on the ground of Central School.

    • We cannot guarantee the same space as previous years.
