How do I apply?

Important information – please read before mailing registration

  • A cheque for your space must accompany your application to be considered.  Cheques may be postdated to July 1, 2011

  • Make cheque payable to Grimsby Festival of Art.

  • Applications must be received no later than May 1, 2011.  A late fee of $10.00 applies if your registration is received after that date.

  • All food vendors must comply with Public Health requirements.  Completed Public Health application form must be returned with your registration form. (click here for Public Health application form).  

  • Cheques will be returned to all applicants that are not approved as suitable by the jury committee.

  • There will be no refunds if you cancel after August 1, 2011.

  • Submit 3 to 6 coloured pictures (photographs or CD) of your work with your application (even if you were a previous year exhibitor).

  • If you would like your pictures returned, please send a self addressed stamped envelope.
